Cynthia Helenek Dorfman currently serves as a consultant to Rainmaking Oasis where she is primarily involved in:

    • Individual attorney marketing plan review and coaching

    • Client satisfaction and prospective client interviewing

    • Client/customer service and development training

Cynthia is a former attorney who practiced in Boston as a senior associate in environmental litigation at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. Prior to working at Mintz Levin, she practiced at the law firms of Gaston & Snow and Burns & Levinson in general litigation. While in practice, Cynthia served on the Board and Advisory Board of The Community Legal Services and Counseling Center in Cambridge, MA.

Cynthia brings to Rainmaking Oasis her firsthand experience in the challenges and rewards of initiating and executing successful business development goals, while simultaneously keeping up with the demands of everyday practice. Having worked directly with numerous clients, both large and small, she also brings her awareness of client expectation and her experience in effectuating client satisfaction in an increasingly competitive and specialized legal marketplace. Cynthia has studied, lived and worked in New York City and Boston, receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from New York University and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
