High-Potential Leaders Program
Research confirms that leadership is most effective when accomplished using a three-prong approach of education/training, coaching and experiential learning. This latter component is often left out of most firms’ leadership development programs but studies have shown that the experiential component is by far the most effective aspect of all leadership learning. Many law firms now recognize that their future leaders need education, on-the-job training and mentoring, and that the most successful firms are investing in building the infrastructure to identify and develop next generation leaders. Our emerging leaders program includes 360 individual assessments, individual development plans, individual and team coaching, a year-long supervised action learning project and regular follow-up to ensure firm leaders are equipped for the future.
