Women Leaders

Despite the increasing number of women in the legal profession, women continue to hold a small percentage of leadership positions in law firms. Professional women who have become successful have done so in part by recognizing their own gender strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and barriers and by devising their goals and strategies with those in mind. Through group training and one-on-one coaching, our team can help women leaders navigate internal and external politics, address gender differences in style and effective communication and identify opportunities for advancement.
